This notice covers the private, owner-operated integration and its information pages. Viewing a page does not authorize Google Photos access or create an account.

Data and purpose. The app processes owner-submitted PNG content, request identifiers, app-created album/media metadata, and operation-verification records to carry out show, list, save, and remove requests. Local records can include album/media IDs, filenames, image hashes, request status, and verification timestamps. Listing does not download existing photo content. The normal upload registry does not store the submitted PNG/base64 body, although owner-prepared inputs and historical image files may exist separately.

Google permissions. The app requests photoslibrary.appendonly to add content, photoslibrary.readonly.appcreateddata to read app-created data, and photoslibrary.edit.appcreateddata to change app-created album/media data. It does not request general access to the entire pre-existing photo library or Google profile/email scopes. Google consent and the separate approved ChatGPT connection are required.

Recipients. Google Photos and authorization services receive authorized requests and uploaded images. ChatGPT/OpenAI processes the owner's conversation/tool inputs and returned results, which can include image content, filenames, media identifiers, album links, and verification results. Cloudflare carries the HTTPS connection and hosts the information pages. The owner's computer processes requests and stores application records. Email providers process support messages the owner chooses to send. Each provider has its own policies, account controls, infrastructure processing, and retention practices; this app does not control those settings.

Storage and retention. Google refresh credentials and persistent MCP authorization records are encrypted using current-user Windows DPAPI. Access credentials are used in process memory. Other local configuration, registry, and verification records are protected by Windows file permissions and are not all encrypted by the application. There is no time-based automatic purge of operation history or verification records. Pending or ambiguous operations are retained to help avoid unintended repeated uploads. Stopping the app or expiry of authorization does not delete its records.

Controls and deletion. Remove changes ChatGPT TV album membership; it does not delete the Google Photos original, Saved Visuals membership, conversation, or local history. Use Google Photos' own controls for library deletion. Disconnect through ChatGPT and revoke Google access through Google Account controls as needed. Attended local maintenance can remove stored authorization; it does not automatically erase photos or all local records. Contact the operator about app-held records without sending credentials or private images. Provider-held copies and backups follow provider controls.

Other uses and website requests. The integration has no implemented advertising, data-sale, profiling, or generalized model-training feature. This does not determine provider training or retention settings. The information site has no app sign-in, photo upload, analytics script, or advertising code; hosting providers may process ordinary request/security information. Material changes to app data practices must be reflected in this notice before those practices begin.
